- Event RSVPs: your name, email, phone (optional), number of guests, and any notes you add.
- Volunteer & partner forms: your name, email, phone or organization, areas of interest, and any message you add.
- Newsletter: your email and (optionally) your name.
- Donations: handled by email and postal mail; payment card information is not collected or stored on this site.
How we use it
- To reply to your message or process your RSVP.
- To coordinate volunteer and partner opportunities.
- To send you the occasional dispatch you signed up for.
- To keep records required for a 501(c)(3) nonprofit's normal operations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored in a database operated by our hosting provider, with row-level access controls that prevent public read access from this website. Staff members access submissions only for the purposes above.
Cookies & analytics
This site uses only the cookies required for basic site function. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this page first.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete information you've given us at any time. Email info@bmxnational.org and we'll take care of it within a reasonable time frame.
Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us and we will delete it.
