Black Men's Xchange National, Inc. ("BMX") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Baltimore, Maryland (EIN 27-2330266). This website is operated by BMX.

Using the site

Content you submit
When you send us a message, RSVP, or sign up to volunteer, you keep ownership of what you write. You grant BMX permission to use your submission for the purpose you sent it — e.g., replying to you, coordinating an event, or matching you to a volunteer opportunity.
Donations
Donations to BMX National, Inc. are tax-deductible in the United States to the extent allowed by law. We do not offer refunds on donations except in cases of processing error. If you believe a donation was made in error, email info@bmxnational.org and we will work with you promptly.
Third-party links
Our site links to third-party organizations, partners, and resources. BMX does not control and is not responsible for those sites' content, practices, or policies.
Intellectual property
BMX name, logo, program names, and the Bawabisi and CTCA identifiers are trademarks and identifiers of Black Men's Xchange National, Inc. Please don't use them to imply endorsement without written permission.

Limitation of liability
